2 cups walnuts/almonds/cashews
1 cup cocoa powder
1.5 cup dates
A pinch of salt
¼ cup soaked raisins
- Process the nuts in a blender until coarse.
- Add to this, the cocoa powder and salt.
- Next add the dates, a little at a time and keep blending until it becomes a consistency like cake crumbs.
- Keep adding the dates until the mixture sticks together.
- Chop the raisins and mix in with the dough.
- Transfer to a plate or pan and set.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
