Did you know that Raw Foods energise, heal, reverse aging, increase vitality as well as help in with detox and weight loss?

Raw food are also known as living foods and they are extremely high in nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, fiber and plant phytochemicals. Research shows that increased use of raw foods in our diet lowers both cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the body some of the main indicators for heart disease, obesity & high blood pressure.

The more we can eat foods that maintain that aliveness, the more "vital life force" we ourselves will be able to embody. By eating live foods you create a live body. Live foods contain essential nutrients the body needs to create and maintain energy.
