Mindfulness is a ancient art & science of slowing down in order to become still and aware of the present moment. It means to Simply Be or Just Be. Mindfulness is a form of mental fitness. It is a practice we can utilize to optimize our brain in ways that improve our health, focus, clarity, relaxation, productivity and joy. There are thousands of research articles demonstrating the efficacy of mindfulness in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and improving overall well being.
Mindfulness is formally practiced as a sitting meditation but is also informally practiced by bringing awareness to our daily activities like eating, reading, cleaning the dishes Etc. This practice helps you deal with stress and lead a balanced life.
Some of the most important benefits of this practice are:

Increased clarity in thinking and perception
Lowered heart rate and blood pressure
