Pilates main focus is on the core which in turn increases the mobility in the spine and one can also expect to see strength gains in arms and legs. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You will also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. The breathing helps increase lung capacity.

Pilate is done on the mat, on the reformer and in water. It is also a renowned fitness rehabilitation program for people with injuries, as well as a perfect workout for anyone who wants to avoid or minimize the risk of injury.The fitness routine will be conducted partly on mat using equipment's like flexi-band and fitness circle.

About the instructor:

Priyanka is a Contemporary dancer, Creative Arts’ Therapist, a Pilate and a swimming instructor trained and certified by Austswim and also a Trek leader taking groups on trek to the Himalayas.

Dates: Classes will be held on every Friday

Timing: 7 am to 8 am
