It is beneficial to people of all ages and lifestyles. Tai Chi is a complete fitness regime for mind, body and soul.
12th June - Nada yoga by Meenal Nigam
Nada yoga is the science of Sound as a source of all creation. Sound is the Vehicle of Consciousness and through the power of our individual Sound, we can discover the universal or Primordial Sound. Just like Kabir, Surdas, Meerabai and many such Nada yogis, we aim to reach the deepest levels of our Consciousness by communicating with the Nada that originates from Silence.
13th June - Hatha Yoga by Jayanthi Eshwarputhi
Hatha Yoga is a Hidden Language by our good self. It is a poetic expression of the art of Asanas - postures. Hatha yoga is, an exploration of the body and finding outer and inner strength through asanas', working in harmony with the mind while giving attention to the extension, awareness to the expansion and breath. Firmness of the body, steadiness of intelligence and benevolence of spirit are main core of the Hatha yoga.
14th June - On The Mat Off The Mat by Sanju
Integrating Yoga and Fitness: this session will focus on functional training, alignment, myofascial release and restorative holds, designed to deeply stretch the body and calm the mind.
15th June - Pilates by Priyanka
Pilates on the mat strengthens the core and increases stability in the spine and alignment of the body.
16th June - Lyrical Yoga (Dance and Yoga) by Deepti
17th June - Slowing down and Heart centered Meditation by Rashmi Ajay
This is slowing down our movements and observing ourselves and deeply listening to our bodies, for which we will have to slow down our movements, which in-turn will help slowdown our nervous system. This allows rest and repair of our system. It also helps us connect to our own health and well -being!
