Green Smoothie (Serves 2)

Ingredients 1 cup ripe avocado 1 cup kiwi Handful of spinach Few sprigs of mint 6 – 8 dates soaked 2 – 3 ice cubes 1 tbsp chia/sabja(holy basil) seeds soaked in 3 tbsp water   Directions Blend all ingredients in high speed until smooth. Add water if necessary. Serve in a tall chilled glass.

Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients 2 small ripped bananas or 1 big Handful of mint and spinach 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 1/2 cup water 2 dates soaked   Directions Blend all these ingredients add dates more if you want them sweeter No dates for diabetic patients Add ice cubes if you want it cold Serve it with love
