How to make Herb Garlic Cashew Cheese

Learn how to make fantastic, savory plant-based cheese that will blow your mind. This easy-to-make, pure cheese recipe will satisfy your craving and will make a tasty topping to your meals.

INGREDIENTS:
Cashew nuts - 250 gm

Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon

Black pepper crushed - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano Dry or fresh - 1/2 teaspoon

Basil Dry or fresh - 1/2 teaspoon

Parsley fresh chopped - 1 teaspoon

Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon

Water - 25 ml

Salt as required

METHOD:
Soak cashew nuts in water overnight. Discard the water in which the cashew nuts are soaked. Mix the cashew nuts, salt, water and psyllium husk, and blend into a smooth paste. Put the paste into a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. Put this mixture in small moulds or containers. Refrigerate overnight.
