How to make raw chocolate brownie

Raw Chocolate Brownie

This is an easy to make, rich and raw nutty brownie recipe that can be enjoyed along with a cup of hot beverage or plant-based ice cream. What's more, it is gluten-free and requires no cooking!

INGREDIENTS:
Walnuts - 150 gm
Almonds - 50 gm
Dates (soft) - 150 gm
Cocoa powder - 25 gm
Coconut grated - 75 gm
Jaggery - 50 gm
Dark chocolate (grated) - 50 gm
Salt to taste

METHOD:
Grind together walnuts and almond in mixer until coarse and crumbly. Add the dates and process until the mixture sticks together. Add remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is crumbly and not too buttery. Flatten the mixture in a pan and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour. Remove from pan, cut into the size of your choice, and top with chopped nuts if desired.
